It can definitely be done. In fact people on the
XFree86 list have even successfully put three monitors ( one dual head
AGP card & 1 PCI card). There is something called "xinerama" for this
thing. I know only this much , but a large number of questions on the
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" list deals with this sort of problem.
