You could search for the library file at rpmfind.net.
It will tell you the rpm which you need to download (some
version of libxml). Just download it and do an 
        rpm -ivh <packagename>

You should already have glibc installed. I think the version of
ROX you're trying to install needs newer libraries? 
Try using a slightly older version of ROX and maybe the
dependancy problems will vanish. On my system, /lib/libc.so.6
is owned by glibc-2.2.2-10.
