F-Prot is very nice.  It has been very nice since it was first released in the 
mid 1990s or earlier (back when it came in a single floppy for DOS PCs ...)

Fridrik Skulason is a very nice guy as well ... fast and responsive to user 
feedback.

Ditto with Eugene Kaspersky (Kaspersky AVP / http://www.avp.ru).

Not huge corporations like Norton or McAfee, so quicker to react, better 
support etc.

Method 2: To copy a file from Linux to a Windows partition
#mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /floppy (/floopy is mount point)
#cp /path/filename /floppy
Then boot through Win/ DOS and copy from Floppy
