Recently I downloaded a program called oe2mbx (ver 1.21) from
a link on freshmeat. The source can be compiled from Linux or
through M$ (needs Borland C 5.5 for Win), and run from either
platform for conversion. Works on Win-9x fine ... not tested
on other Win platforms. For the Linux version, it is better to
compile with liboe statically compiled. Works fine ...

Search for oe2mbx on www.freshmeat.net.
