kapm_idled is kernel idle daemon. For the time shown, kernel is actually resting. Don't worry about it. It's just a bad reporting, if you prefer to call that so.. There was another misreporting where memory shared between processes was shown as zero just because it was too cumbersome to calculate it. It didn't mean that memory is not shared.. Don't worry about it. It's not actually eating something.. But you can't disable it either..
