For  using this drive, you don't require any driver etc.
You just attach it with the system, however your system must have
a SCSI controller card. The kudzu will automatically detect it as /dev/st0

For Backup you can use

tar cvf /dev/st0  /usr /etc

/usr and /etc is the directory you want to take backup

for restoring

tar xvf /dev/st0 usr etc

for see the data in dat

tar tvf /dev/st0
