If it is local, why is it queueing the domain for routing again? Why not
just deliver locally?
Do you have some kind of transport to send mail to a gateway / smarthost? If
so, exempt local domains from it.

try : tar -tjf file.tar.bz2 | grep "something" (OR try bzcat)
Note : In some versions of tar '-j' is not recognised. You may
have to use -I switch there (viz. 'tar -tIf file.tar.bz2').
