Boot from win98 boot disk (you can download a utility from www.bootdisk.com to make win98 boot disk).
Do fdisk /mbr at command prompt. You can not boot from your hdd as your boot partition is no more, unless you reinstall the linux in the same partition. So if you are not planning to install linux, don't waste your time with rhl cd.
