Don't install the games in the first place.
Of course, this won't prevent your users from installing games under the
$HOME directory. Oh yes. Enable disk quotas to give them so little
space that not only can they not install games under their home
directories, they also can't do any meaningful work. And don't forget
disabling all internet access. For all you know they could be playing
some stupid game at games.yahoo.com. And check their bags every day
when they enter work to make sure they are not sneaking in a Gameboy.
Or a venerable old 16-puzzle.
