 Well... that's true... but for about a week now, there are new rpm specs
 in CVS and they should have ruled out most (if not all)  of  the  issues
 reported earlier. So... give that a try.
 
 If you have a official tarball, just do a rpm -ta on it  and  the  build
 process of the binary rpm will start.  If you have a fresh CVS checkout,
 you need to do a ./cvscompile.sh and after that: make clean && make dist
 which will create a source tarball... do a rpm -ta on that... and you're
 on your way too. :)

 Don't forget: compile and install xine-lib first before you move  on  to
 xine-ui because it depends on xine-lib.

If you run into any problems, let us know,  so we can fix those remaining
issues with the new specs before the actual 0.9.10 release. Thanks...
