this will cause a loop. I think you want to do -host a instead.

On C:
route add -host A gw B eth0
On A:
route add -host C gw B eth0
On B:
Since all machines are on the same physical network and subnet, I don't
think you have to add anything here, but I could be wrong.
Maybe add a default route, but I think that should already be there.
