Saw this un-answered for over 48 hrs. Address books are typically
a MUA thing and each one has its own format. AFAIK, there  are no
generic utilities which  does  address book  translations between
various MUAs ... I suppose, the only way out is to write your own
"filters" for such conversions.

If you send me sample address files from netscape and balsa (never
used it, so far) in my personal mail, I could give such a transla-
tor a try under perl/ bash in my spare time ...
