Have updated the mailing list guidelines to reflect the new (linux-india-submit) mailing list. The relevant portion is:

It would be great if a few (2-3) people can take on the responsibility of reposting commercial messages from linux-india-submit to the LI-* mailing lists. Currently there's nothing stopping you from doing it anyway (just subscribe, pick up the message and repost) but a known set of people performing this task would be more appropriate.
