Hi,
I want some help on how to configure a print spooler for draft,
normal mode. what command should I use.

gs -sDEVICE=ijs -sIjsServer=hpijs -dIjsUseOutputFD
-sDeviceManufacturer="HEWLETT-PACKARD" -sDeviceModel="DESKJET 640"
-sIjsParams="Quality:Quality=1,Quality:ColorMode=2,
    Quality:MediaType=0,Quality:PenSet=2,Quality:FullBleed=0"-r300
-dNOPAUSE -dSAFER -sOutputFile="/dev/lp0" vhd.ps -c quit

I used the above command as I saw in the hpijs readme file and it
returns an error "Unknown device: ijs"
I have a compatible version of ghostscript- I downloaded it from the
hpijs site and it returns DJ6xxP. I'm using hpijs 1.0.2 and have a
hpinkjet 640C with color and black cartridges. the default mode seems to
be best mode and takes about a minute to print a page. I want to get it
to work for draft mode. i was told that I needed to change the setting
of the spooler.
printconf on my redhat 7.2 does not seem to have any option to change
prointing mode.
could you tell me where I'm going wrong how can I permanently change the
setting of the spooler without having to enter the long command as above.
thnaks alot for the help, I really need it quickly.
