Central authentication or the ability to support "domain logons" with remote user profiles and stuff? If you just want to consolidate authentication onto a central server, LDAP (or NIS) can do that for you. What functions do you want your PDC for Linux hosts provide? -- Shanu http://shankerbalan.com -- You know you've been spending too much time on the computer when your friend misdates a check, and you suggest adding a "++" to fix it. _______________________________________________________________ Don't miss the 2002 Sprint PCS Application Developer's Conference August 25-28 in Las Vegas -- http://devcon.sprintpcs.com/adp/index.cfm _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
