That's a feature of SMTP. Have your people use digital signatures / PGP if
they are afraid they'll be spoofed.
Then look at your logs to track which idiot this was, and have HR (or
someone) kick his ass for him. Or take some action under the cyberlaws...
mail forgery is now illegal if am not mistaken.
