Nope. That is if a user not in Ct (/etc/mail/trusted-users) sets the
sender using sendmail -bs or sendmail -f ... nothing stops him from
setting the sender using a mail client that talks smtp.
And authwarnings can be turned off - confPRIVACY_OPTIONS
