Dear Friends,
We are trying to port one of our stack onto Linux.
The kernel version I am using is 2.2.16-22. When I
insert the module into the kernel, I am getting the
following error continuosly.
kmem_grow: Illegal flags: <some hexadecimal No.>
(correcting) size-128
The above message doesn't stop even if I press Ctrl-c
or Ctrl-s. I have to reboot the machine to bring it
back to the original condition. I have used GFP_KERNEL
flag in kmalloc. I tried using other flags also, but
it is giving the same error. How can I correct this?
