Hi,

I'm using fetchmail to download (and distribute) mail on my
Deb box; I notice that it takes abnormally long time to do
this; kmail in comparison is quite fast! Mail consist
mainly of LIH mail; the connection speed is quite okay too.

I feel the delay is caused since fetchmail downloads each
mail and re-sends the it to local users (using exim) which
is taking up time? Any comments?

One obvious solution would be to use procmail to re-direct
the mails after downloading instead of exim?

Can I configure fetchmail to do the local-routing after
downloading _all_ the mail?

Any suggestions?

Cordially,

Ajay Shankar
