I plan to write the mail server front ends for qmail. I plan to use perl-cgi and html-javascript for the same. While Iam farily conversant with the coding in perl, I have been counselled that I may have to go for a lto of CGI in C language as well. Is it true? Or is the skillset in perl-cgi-javascript enough to make us write the code for front end. The front end will be web enabled and essentially enable the web-email service for any number of users any time from anywhere in the world.
