I have been trying to find some information on how to create objects in postgresql. While we do have Create Type utility for creation of user defined datatypes, Iam more interested in having objects. From areally disorganized dic available I learn that this is an ORDBMS. So, the question is how to create objects. Can someone plz. give me a simple syntax to create an object address with follwing fields: (street no., city, state, pincode.) I dearly hope it is possible in postgresql. iam using 7.2.1-5 version.
