I notice that the problem occurs daily during a particular
time-slot, approx. between 8 a.m and 10 a.m. IST. Why?

I'm reading up the exim spec file - its miles long - so please don't ask me
to do the RTFM :-) But any input will still be welcome ;-)

I never had this problem earlier on my Deb box; Now I'm on Slackware 8.
