Use DNSBLs.  That one was injected from what looks like an open proxy to
me - and there are at least two dnsbls (one at opm.blitzed.org and another
at relays.osirusoft.com) which block mail from open proxies (socks,
http/connect etc) - which are becoming far larger sources of spam than open
relays.

You could waste your time setting up spamassasin, but it doesnt really
scale - and tends to tag weird stuff as spam (like that php security
advisory that Raju Mathur posted sometime back...)
