Well, You don't need to give your real IP external addresses.

First of all Explain and elaborate your Internal Network and External
network architecture.

Either way(even if you don't know how to explain), well, I am just
assuming your mandrake has the IP address of  192.162.15.100, then in that
case,

configure your linux box to be a masquarading route. then assign
192.162.15.100 as the gateway for your windows box with the IP address
192.162.15.150.

It should be good to go.
