What a Mucking Foron. So he thinks that allowing relay by domain name will
keep that box out of open relay blocklists?

As far as I can see, that host (web28.linux-hosting.com) IS an open relay,
and is being blocked by us since Nov 28 last year - and confirmed as an open
relay in a routine retest on August 4 this year.

Oh look, it is also on the ORDB (http://www.ordb.org) - seems to have been
added to it in the last one minute or so :)

Besides which most dialup pools around are on the DUL, Wirehub Dynablock
etc. Your mail would bounce on a very regular basis, if you did that.

Clearly incompetent, clueless and doesn't know the first thing about mail
handling.

Just shift out of there ASAP would be my advice.
