I am afraid not. You would have to  use individual commands
for each function. You may ofcourse make a  script of these
if you want all of them simultaneously, for your box.

o For hard disk usage: df
o For memory usage: free or 'cat /proc/meminfo'
o For packages installed: it depends upon your distro.
  - rpm distros : rpm -qa
  - debian : dpkg --list | grep "ii"
  - slackware : ls /var/adm/packages
