Often you cant expect a customer to have an Oracle administrator AND a mysql/postgre administrator etc. If some guy has Ora admins, he may be happier off using Oracle for all projects even if it is not necessary.
At the same time, look at the others... SQLS runs on Windows only, Sybase and Ingres, DB2 etc are largely unheard of.
