Redhat 7.x includes a tool called apacheconf with which you can do basic 
apache configurationn.

As far as possible, try to do your configuration files by hand. The 
learning curve is a little steep, but apache, mysql and php all come 
with ample documentation to help. And you'll be richer in experience at 
the end of it.

If you _must_ use a gui to create your configuration file, atleast have 
a look at the config file before you use it..... you never know what 
the gui front-end might put into your config file.
