practically, you can't.  hard links can only be created across the same 
file system.  

theoretically, there's no rule that says a single file system cannot
span multiple hard disks, so if your file system does span multiple hard
disks, you can create hard links across them.

how you figure out which disk you're writing to of course, is your 
problem.
