Dear Friends,
I am using Caldera Open Linux 3.1 workstation
on a 2.4.17 self compiled kernel. I want a 32 bit PCI sound card that
will work under the above Distro. If you have knowledge of such "cheap &
best cards"(~Rs.500) that work let me know so that I can buy it. The
card need not be a high-end or feature-rich one. Even 2/4 channel audio
is enough. Also let me know if kernel re-compilation is enough for your
recommended card or should I download ALSA or the like drivers from the
Internet.
