Could you kindly help with the query of a friend? Thanks, FN

---------- Forwarded message ----------

I have purchased a PC. The name of the motherboard is Gigabyte & on its manual the
model no is GA-7VKML & below the model no VIA KM266 AGP set is being printed on it.

It is having both the sound and graphics card on board. The name of the graphics card
is S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR & the sound card is AC 97 CODEC. The graphic card is an
AGP card having 32 MB memory.

Red Hat 7.2 does not detect this graphics card as it shows unknown card. I tried to
check it manually in the setup it does not have drivers for this particular card. I
asked many of my friends they told me that this card is very new & the drivers may be
available in the latest versions of Red Hat Linux i.e. after Red Hat 7.2.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you.

Joel.
