Hi,

There are some error messages in /var/log/maillog on the mailserver
which say as follows :

Oct 12 11:45:32 ho sendmail[2100]: g9C4FTw02100: timeout waiting for
input from [192.168.20.99] during message collect
Oct 12 11:45:32 ho sendmail[2100]: g9C4FTw02100: from=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,

msgid=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, proto=SMTP,
daemon=MTA, relay=[192.168.20.99]
Oct 12 11:45:32 ho sendmail[2100]: g9C4FTw02100: to=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,
delay=02:00:03, pri=161584 , stat=timeout waiting for input during message collect

What does this message

stat=timeout waiting for input during message collect

indicate ?

Messages with the above error are not getting delivered to the user.

Peace

You can use aliases to decrease the amount of typing you need
to do to get commands you commonly use. These can be inserted
into your /etc/profile or .profile as well. Under Borne shell
and clones (ash, bash, ksh, and zsh).

alias ls="ls --color=auto"
alias lsd="ls -d */"
