Well although i wont recommend usig GUI app for configuring sendmail or even for admin purpose ... but still if u insist ...
1. WebMin. ( Beware .. it opens up a port )
2. SWAT. ( Havent uesed it personally )
3. Ksendmail ( only if u have KDE )
