You have to download the version they have for your RedHat. Generally
speaking, RHL 7.3 RPMs won't install on RHL 7.2 and vice versa - leading
to much FUD being spread about its utility as a package manager.

Check in these paths for RPMs for 7.2:

ftp://updates.redhat.com/7.2/en/os/i386
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.2/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS

The first URL is for updates, the second for the OS release.
