Hi Kevin, That your mouse is not working under Linux has, probably, nothing to do with the fact that it is optical. - What type of connector does it use? (USB or PS/2 - meaning does the socket at the other end of the mouse look thin and rectangular or round? ) - By "not working under Linux" do you mean under console or X or both? - What distro do you use? - If it does not work under X what mouse specific config do you have in your XF86Config file? You can search in the file /etc/X11/XF86Config (or /etc/X11/XF86Config-4) -karra -- Well, all's well that ends. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: To learn the basics of securing your web site with SSL, click here to get a FREE TRIAL of a Thawte Server Certificate: http://www.gothawte.com/rd524.html _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
