[LIH]Sound card

Dear Gurus,
I have an ASUS 845 mother bd with built in sound card. The drivers
are not getting installed. The msg recd is "The PNP OS in BIOS should be
disabled." The same was done but to no effect and the same msg is
repeated.Also have a Pinnacle Studio TV Tuner card. Driver problem Please help.
