If you have ghostscript installed eps9high normally works fine.
Type "gs --help" to check out alternatives.

Sub : Manipulating DOS floppies LOST #188
There is package called "mtools" just for this. Once installed
you can do manipulation of DOS floppies/ partitions using all
commonly used DOS syntax with prefix of "m" ... For example :
mcopy a:/test.txt /home/usr/. For directory listing: mdir a:;
or mformat a: to format a: as msdos floppy
