Hi,
    Look at the url http://pldaniels.com/inflex/ , apart from having a 
wrapper which works with various antivirus and MTA's , you would also get the 
option of blocking any type of attachments according to your choice (without 
depending on the antivirus to check for virus in them). Mail blocking 
notification goes to sender as well as to the recepient.
