Hi,
Yesterday I posted a query about networking my two
computers and I recieved a reply from Binand
(thanks!).

As suggested I looked through the How-Tos which I
found to be rich in technology but low on the concepts
(which serves their purpose but not mine, me is low on
concepts).

I am in all ernest a networking beginner. I would like
to read more about NAT, IP Masquerading, Routing, IP
Aliasing, Firewalls, Proxies and any other pertinent
stuff (I hope you get what where this is headed).

I have with me a copy of TCP/IP Illustrated Stevens
vol I which doesn't say much about it (expect the
routing part) and the Cisco Study Guide for CCNA
(which again is about routing paradigms mainly)

So I am looking for suggestions in terms of books or
links.

Regards
