WCCP 1.0 supports only one cache engine and multiple cache can be
implemented in squid.

WCCP 2.0 supports multple cache engine without any help from squid.

WCCP 1.0 is OK for small installation, but when with a gateway of 15 MBPS,
and 600 connected user, squid also throws the towel.

Packet diversion to multiple cache at router is the only solution.

The COBALT cache server has failed to perform for big ISP just because it
was using WCCP 1.0
