My ISP is using M$ ESMTP Mail Service, Version 5.0.x (as found out by
telneting on port 25)

I configured Exim on my debian box and address re-writing etc works well
enough. i am including the header of a mail found in /var/spool/exim/input/
below

Any mails i send, using
$mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]

are becoming frozen (???). What could be the problem? i read the
documentation (not thoroughly enough I guess) and Exim does do Auth as a
client.

My ISP is using Authentication and (X)emacs isn't working with it (yeah I
used the patched smtpmail.el) so I have to configure Exim on my box. Please
help.

regards
sukrit
