There is one game named Tux racer. This game is running smoothly in pentium machines and resolution
is also good. But in the Amd based machines the game is not running and get
stuck and the resolution is also not good. I could not understand what is
the problem. Could any one know about this please tell.
The problem is not with Intel or AMD but with the display card that is being used. Most of the games require a graphics accelerator card (2D / 3D). Usually people buy a motherboard with AGP Card in-built to save on cost. AMD & Intel use different m/bs. To solve this situation we first need to know what AGP card is being used? Check if proper drivers have been installed. Also whether the game requires OpenGL support.

In my machine I am having 128 MB ram, I have seen the memory information it
is saying that Total physical memory availabe is 123 MB and Free Physical
memory availabe is 7 MB. What happen to the remaining memory. Is there any
settings for memory.
Seems like u have on-board AGP with shared system memory, i.e. during boot 4MB from the system memory is being allocated to AGP. On some m/bs this can be controlled through BIOS settings, on some not.

I am able to view files of windows partition in Linux. But in windows I
could not able to view the linux files. Is there any option to share files
between windows and Linux.
To access linux partition from windows? Try explore2fs.

1. Autocad = VersaCad
2. Pagemaker = ?
3. Corel draw, Photoshop = Gimp
4. Visual Basic = qt
5. MS Access = OpenOffice
6. Linux Based Games = Plenty
