Yes. That fellow has specint95 score of 12.9 , both int and fp, which is 
pretty decent from http://www.specbench.org/osg/cpu95/results/cint95.html. 
That is roughly equivalent to same kind of intel machine.

Besides if it is 64 bit, I am more than interested but I guess it will not be. 
Need to dig further.
