If you don't want to get something done, form a committee.
That's why they become **admin**. You are two busy working to become the admin.The admin does'nt know *anything*
Very simple. Just follow these steps. It's called the 'Devil's Alternative' - F. Forsytheto create an account for him and another guy with administrative (root) access on one of the servers
1. Take backup [whatever is important to you] of the server.
2. Then grant them their wish.
3. Create a script which runs every 10 mins. The script checks whether the *admin* or the other guy is logged in locally then does a `rm -f * ` in some directories like their home, boot, etc.
4. Don't be around when they login.
5. Scare them so much that they don't ever touch a machine without asking you. 'Fear is the key' - A. Maclean
