If these are pci devices, cat /proc/pci would give the required
tech info, which includes the bus, device, controller, IRQ etc.

Normally, most hardware are detected by Windows. For newer ones
all manufactureres usually give the driver CD/ disk ...  If you
open your box, you may find the model on the fitted card itself
and search google.com for these specific drivers.
