now if i ping 192.168.29.110 workinh.but if ping a
system which is connected in the network of another
nic i am not able

Dear eks,

Did you tell ping which eth to use when pinging other machines connected 
to the hub? Default ping will use eth0, so it can't get to eth1. man 
ping for help.  You should use [-I interface address] to tell ping to 
use eth1 when calling others on the network.
