What you need is an 'luser_relay'. Read up the docs in your
/usr/share/doc/postfix-X.X directory. The sample file 'sample-local.cf'
describes usage of the luser_relay.


# The luser_relay parameter specifies an optional destination address
# for unknown recipients.  By default, mail for unknown local recipients
# is bounced.
