Picking up all mail waiting to be received...
POP3 connection to mail.goatelecom.com failed; temporary name
server error
fetchmail: Query status=2 (SOCKET)
This message repeats itself five times, and then ends with a 'Done'.
It happens occasionally, and seems to be a glitch at the ISP end. Is this
the case? After some hours, the error normally goes away by itself; but
that can mean missing a critical deadline for a journo! FN
