hi, IMHO, There does seem to be some logic to what Redhat says... They do not want anyone to use their Logo in a product/offering they DO NOT endorse or support. Thats quite fine. They are not saying MS'ish that no one can use programs x/y/z or giving a copy of the EULA... PCQ has gobe ahead and modified the Redhat distro to "indigenize" it. Theres no reason why the redhat logo should be among that...
But it does hurt when a linux vendor goes about washing dirty linen in public :-( We would expect that the open-source folks at least stay above such squabbles...(There are worser ones. check out the mozilla/firebird(or thunderbird? i cant recall) issue)...
