Very little information to go on. Assuming clients to be Win9x. 1. DHCP or IP address shouldn't have any issue with Internet access. 2. Any Proxy set up or just a gateway to route? 3. Same clients complaining or random. 4. During the time when not able to access run winipcfg [win9x] and see if default gateway is set. Or is you are using a proxy then see the browser settings.
